We are seeking a Premium Trade Manager to be visible in the luxury travel market, to cultivate long-term and close relationships, to ultimately increase the value of premium visitors to New Zealand. You will also be a central point of contact between a wide range of industry clients and our offshore offices.
As a core member of the central New Zealand based Premium team you will co-ordinate the various programme activities and communications for the Premium Sector. The role requires you to work with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, product and service providers in New Zealand and globally to ensure activity within the premium sector strategy and activity plan is delivered on time, on budget, with great measurement and a clear ROI. You will support the Manager Premium and Business Events with a variety of tasks required for the effective management of the sector and its team members.
You will be required to manage and coordinate Tradeshows, Events, and Sponsorships, as well as support industry associations and any new partnerships and joint ventures. You will also work closely with the IMP and Famil teams, providing product knowledge and hosting assistance when required. As an analytical thinker you will also apply robust analysis on activities, and interpretation and insights from relevant industry data for the sector.
We need someone with experience in the premium travel sector, who can proactively engage with premium and luxury travel sellers, to educate and motivate clients through training, sales, and events and be the key contact for the New Zealand industry.
