Tourism New Zealand's '100% Pure Assurance' marketing campaign is helping raise awareness of the Qualmark programme - and increase the benefits to operators - both in New Zealand and offshore.

Once your business is up and running Qualmark should be a natural next step. As the official mark of quality for the New Zealand tourism industry, joining Qualmark will assure your customers that yours is a professional tourism business that can be trusted to deliver a quality experience.

The Qualmark quality mark, and the systems that sit behind it, are designed to support your aspirations by helping you enhance the quality of what you offer, bolster your market position and profile, and attract more profitable customers.

You can use the Qualmark quality mark by entering into a licensing agreement with Qualmark New Zealand Limited - a joint venture between Tourism New Zealand and the New Zealand Automobile Association. Eligibility for the licence is confirmed by your onsite assessment.

The programme is run by Qualmark as a service to the New Zealand tourism industry on a not-for-profit basis. There are now over 2,100 tourism businesses carrying a Qualmark and each of these benefit from not only improving business practices and building capability but also the credibility and visibility offered by the Qualmark logos.
