Tourism New Zealand has launched a partnership campaign with
coach operators (group touring) this month to generate awareness of
New Zealand as a coach tour destination.
Targeting the valuable Australian coach market, the theme 'go
with someone who knows' shows the benefits of traveling New Zealand
by coach and aims to convert this increased awareness into
General Manager Australia Tim Burgess says, "The coach market
represents a strong opportunity to increase holiday visitors who
tend to stay longer in the country and spend more as they travel
"We are consistently seeing better reach and success of
campaigns that are conducted in partnership with others. For this
campaign we have partnered with Grand Pacific Tours, Kirra Tours
and AAT Kings to promote the campaign and travel offers to visitors
looking to book a coach tour to New Zealand."
The four week campaign will roll out as print advertising
running in Sydney and Melbourne.
