Australian television and radio personality Jules Lund is
currently in New Zealand, as part of a project that will help get
Dunedin, Southland, & Fiordland on the radar for trans-Tasman
travellers.
The project will see Jules, a presenter of Channel Nine's
Getaway travel show, film a series of 'webisodes'
promoting the three regions, with a focus on landscapes and
wildlife. Coverage will appear across a variety of platforms
including social media, print and online.
Jules Lund is travelling with two fellow photography
enthusiasts: one is influential Australian blogger Neerav Bhatt,
and the other won a photography competition through Canon's website
to visit New Zealand.
Over the six days of their visit, the trio will be guided by
Dunedin-based professional photographer Clive Copeman who will
offer some tips on improving their photography technique.
The project is being funded in partnership with Venture
Southland, Destination Fiordland and Tourism New Zealand.
Coverage is expected to appear on Nine MSN's website, on Canon's
website, Facebook page and in their email newsletter, and on Neerav
Bhatt's blogs and social media pages.
A package based on the group's New Zealand itinerary will be
promoted by Kirra Tours alongside the media coverage.
