Chinese and emerging Halal markets of India, Malaysia, Indonesia
and the Middle East.
Over the past two weeks Tourism New Zealand has been running a
series of workshops aimed at passing on our expert market knowledge
to the New Zealand industry on Chinese and Halal Tourism.
On Wednesday 10 October, Tony Everitt, General Manager Asia
Markets provided an overview of the key points covered in the
workshops.
Guest speaker Fazal Bahardeen, CEO at Crescentrating followed up
by discussing the emerging Halal market and how tourism operators
can better serve this growing sector.
