We work with the Professional Conference Organiser (PCO) to facilitate financial feasibility as well as preparing bid documents, presentations and promotional DVDs to ensure your bid is of the highest quality.

Since July 2012, New Zealand has been confirmed as host for five upcoming conferences worth an estimated NZD $27.5 million to the economy. Feedback from Dr Annette Beautrais, senior research fellow at Auckland University and a member of the International Association of Suicide Prevention, the latest bid secured under the CAP, was that 'the bid was the highest quality they had ever received and it raised the bar for future bids'.
Tourism New Zealand manages and administers the CAP on behalf of the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment (MBIE).
