Behind the scenes imagery and video are available across Stellar's social media platforms and Megan is promoting her New Zealand  story across her own social media channels.

Tony Saunders, Tourism New Zealand’s General Manager, Australia Megan said: “This is another opportunity to showcase New Zealand in the off-peak season and Megan is the perfect person for this. She is the most successful influencer we have every worked with in Australia due to her huge popularity and appeal in this market.

"She is proud of her Māori heritage, has family from Northland and an authentic connection with New Zealand and loves travel. “The Stellar images and story are another powerful way to promote New Zealand as a holiday destination.”

Stellar magazine will run a travel page on the Bay of Islands in a separate issue to continue the messaging about New Zealand as a visitor destination.

Australia is New Zealand's largest inbound tourism market, accounting for almost half of all visitors. Nearly 600k AU visitors come to New Zealand each year for a holiday.
