Tourism New Zealand Industry Update

Tourism New Zealand recently held a number of roadshows with the tourism industry exploring in detail its new target market research, digital strategy and changes arising out of the redevelopment of its consumer website - www.newzealand.com.

Catherine Bates, Tourism New Zealand's General Manager Brand and International PR, introduced the update with a presenation on its marketing and digital strategy.

Marketing Research Manager Hinemarie Larkins led the discussion on the active considerer, its new target market. Market reports and summaries for the active considerer research are also available online.

Pat Verryt, Tourism New Zealand's Online Manager, took attendees through changes to www.newzealand.com.
