Successful applicants advised by email (no later than this date)
Participation Fee Invoices Issued

Friday 28 March
Participation Fee Due
Last Day for Cancellation without penalty

Monday 16 June
NZ Delegates arrive in Shanghai (no later than today)

Tuesday 17 June
ALTM begins

Thursday 19 June
ALTM concludes

Guidelines

Attendance at ALTM is limited to FOUR NZ organisations and is best suited to:

• Accommodation suppliers who currently serve the luxury sector
• Inbound Tour Operators who already deal in the luxury sector

Please note that companies who attend must have a third party quality assessment, for example Qualmark.

This event is most suitable for organisations that:

• Are fully licensed or accredited i.e.: Qualmark™, ISO or an appropriate recognised industry standard.
• Have participated in TRENZ or other international luxury travel shows
