CostsParticipation FeeYour online application form is due to Tourism New Zealand in Wellington no later than 30 June 2008. Upon confirmation of attendance, invoices will be mailed and payment will be required by cheque or bank draft within 10 days. The event participation fee includes venue, administration and meals as indicated in the programme and transfer. It DOES NOT include accommodation or airfares. Payment should be made in New Zealand dollars. Cost is as follows: Delegate 1 : NZ$5,500 Delegate 2 : NZ$500 Note: Each company is restricted to 2 delegates per booth. Delegates 2 will not have their own appointment schedule - they must work in conjunction with Delegate 1. Please make your payment out to : New Zealand Tourism Board
