Participation Fee

Your online application form is due to Tourism New Zealand in Wellington no later than 30 June 2008. Upon confirmation of attendance, invoices will be mailed and payment will be required by cheque or bank draft within 10 days.

The event participation fee includes venue, administration and meals as indicated in the programme and transfer. It DOES NOT include accommodation or airfares. Payment should be made in New Zealand dollars.

Cost is as follows:

Delegate 1 : NZ$5,500

Delegate 2 : NZ$500

Note: Each company is restricted to 2 delegates per booth. Delegates 2 will not have their own appointment schedule - they must work in conjunction with Delegate 1.

Registration is due no later than Monday 30 June 2008.

The price includes:

• One counter for scheduled appointments (inside air-conditioned hotel ballroom)
• 90 x 15 minute scheduled business appointments with the opportunity to meet and discuss business
• Luncheon, coffee breaks as specified in programme
• Provision of the Asian Buyer Directory

The price excludes:

• International flights (NZ destination/Shanghai/NZ destination)
• Meals others than those specified in the programme
• Travel insurance is the responsibility of each attending seller delegates
• Shipment and delivery of marketing materials
• Rental of AV equipment (TV/ LCD projector) if required for presentation at respective counter
• Accommodation
• All additional arrangements and costs are the responsibility of the participant.
