Flight Booking Procedures

FLIGHT BOOKING FROM NEW ZEALAND

Tourism New Zealand will attempt to obtain AD fares with the airlines for New Zealand participants attending Korea Mission & Kiwi Link Asia 2008. This is subject to airline approval and more information will be provided after the registration is completed. Tourism New Zealand will keep participants updated and advise airline contact details and booking procedures for your flight from New Zealand.

FLIGHT BOOKING FOR TRAVELLING TAIWAN & KOREA

Tourism New Zealand will arrange your flight booking in Taiwan & Korea as we will be traveling in a group. If you require additional flights to those listed below, please advise Theresa Goh email: theresag@tnz.govt.nz of your requirements and the flight will be arranged for you.

Estimated cost of the airfare (and it may be subject to change):

Taipei to Seoul (by Air) 8 Oct 2008 - NZ $ 350

Seoul to Shanghai (by Air) 11 Oct 2008 - NZ$450

Tourism New Zealand will be responsible for ticketing the above sector if the flight reservation is being booked by us. Credit card details will be needed upon making the reservation to secure the reservation.

Accommodation

Accommodation options: Tourism New Zealand will negotiate group discount for hotels in Taipei and Seoul. The workshop will be hosted in the recommended hotels and Tourism New Zealand staff will be accommodated here. It would be preferred if all delegates stay in these hotels, however second options will be provided for those who would like this information. Information will be only ready when registration is completed.

Accommodation is at your expense. Please anticipate the costs details below

Taipei - Estimate NZ$350 per room per night

Seoul - Estimate NZ$380 per room per night

Transfers

Airport / Hotel transfers will be provided by Tourism New Zealand for the following

1. Taipei to Taipei Airport
2. Seoul to Seoul Hotel
3. Seoul Hotel to Seoul Airport

On arrival at Taipei International Airport, transfer to the hotel will be at your own arrangement. Tourism New Zealand can assist with the transfer reservation but it will be at your own expense.
