Insurance and Liability Issues

All participants are reminded that Tourism New Zealand DOES NOT:

Accept responsibility or liability for any loss suffered by participants
Provide or arrange for any travel or medical insurance for or on behalf of participants
Provide any indemnity for loss or injury suffered by participants.

Participants are remind that it is their responsibility to arrange insurance including medical, travel, public and product liability, workers compensation and property insurance. All participants must indemnify and keep indemnified Tourism New Zealand, their officers, employees, agents and contractors again all liability for death or injury to persons or loss of a damage to property and all actions, claims, demands, losses, costs and expenses whatsoever arising in respect of their participation in this event.

Security

All participants are advised that all valuables should not be left unattended or unsecured at any time, as Tourism New Zealand will not accept responsibility for any loss or damage suffered by participants or visitors.

Airline Travel - Travel out of New Zealand

Tourism New Zealand is currently discussing alternatives with airlines with regards to discounted international airfares and will provide participating companies with a list of airline offers as part of the application confirmation.

Tourism New Zealand will keep participants updated and advised airline contact details and booking procedures for your flight from New Zealand to Shanghai.

Entry Requirements for China

Visas are required for all NZ passport holders entering China. Processing can take up to one month so we advise you do this well in advance of travel.
