Participation Fee

Your application form is due to Tourism New Zealand in Wellington no later then 31 July 2008 (Thursday). Upon confirmation of attendance, invoice will be mailed and payment will be required by bank draft within 10 days.

Participation in Tourism New Zealand Booth

The price includes:

  • Designated area for your company at China International Travel Mart 2008
  • Contribution towards CITM 2008 entry fees
  • Designated area for display of company logo. Promotional materials like posters and brochures

The price excludes:

  • Return airfare
  • Accommodation
  • Meals others those specified in the program
  • Entry to Hosted Function arranged by CITM
  • Travel Insurance - responsibility of each attending sellers delegates
  • Shipment and delivery of marketing materials
  • Rental of AV equipments (LCD projector/DVD player) if required
  • All additional arrangements and costs are the responsibility of the participants

Other costs

You are responsible for all your costs associated with the Event, including without limitation, all costs listed under the costs section in this document, travel and accommodation costs, advertising costs and exhibition and promotional material costs. Tourism New Zealand will not be responsible for any costs or disbursements that you incur as a result of your application or your participation in the event.
