Shipment of Materials

Tourism New Zealand suggests that delegates bring:

  • An ample supply of business cards
  • 1000 copies of consumer brochures and 20 sets Trade Kits for CITM

Delegates are advised against bringing in-stand units. Airlines may not grant extras baggage allowances. Instead, consider bringing light, portable in-stand or posters.


Brochures Shipment

Tourism New Zealand recommends that all brochures be couriered at least 1 month before the event.

New Zealand suppliers are advised to send their brochures direct to TNZ Shanghai office. Address of TNZ Shanghai office.

There is NO shipment of VCD, DVD or any Promotional Gifts. All these items must be hand carried to Shanghai.

You may use Andy Sturm - A.G. Sturm Trading, Customs & International Freight brokerage, to bulk freight your brochures to China Shanghai at your own cost. If you choose not to use Andy Sturm Trading then we suggest that you use a courier company that can track your shipments and can handle any delays that may occur at Customs. Please bring all tracking forms with you. Tourism New Zealand is not responsible for brochures held in customs.
