Guidelines

Attendance at Kiwi Link Asia 2008 is limited to 45 New Zealand organisations and is best suited to:

Have participated in TRENZ
Macro/Regional groupings
Are fully licensed or accredited eg Qualmark, ISO or an appropriate recognized industry standard
Have products suitable for Asian markets
Want to establish or further develop relationship with Asian tour companies

Registration is on first come, first served basis

In the event that Kiwi link Asia 2008 is over-subscribed, final attendance will be at the discretion of Tourism New Zealand working with Asia partners. Alternative programs will be discussed with individual suppliers unable to be accommodated at Kiwi Link Asia.

If Kiwi Link Asia 2008 is overscribed Tourism New Zealand will contact all eligible applicants, with contact information of all companies interested in attending. Any companies interested in attending in partnership with another company can express their interest in this option at this point.

In order to assure the quality and efficiency of the event, Tourism New Zealand has the right to change the format when if deemed necessary.

By completing the attached "Application to Participate" your company agrees to Tourism New Zealand’s selection criteria, invoicing fee and all deadlines in this prospectus.

13 Oct 2008	Kiwi Link Asia 2008 begins
14 Oct 2008	Tourism New Zealand Asia Awards Dinner
15 Oct 2008	Kiwi Link 2008 debrief and conclusion
