Kiwi Link Asia 2008

Kia ora,

Kiwi Link Asia 2008 will provide an opportunity for both new and experienced tourism operators to develop relationships and give product updates to key personnel of Asia travel companies through schedule one to one appointment sessions over 3 days. It is not a China trade show.

As the event is appointment bases and 90 buyers from China, Hong Kong, Taipei, Korea, India, Thailand, Malaysia and Singapore will be invited to attend.

Kiwi Link Asia provides the NZ Industry with:

1. A target audience of 90 travels companies consisting of Product Planner or senior management.
2. Appointment based schedule, 15 minutes - 30 appointments per day, 45 in total over 3 days
3. Interactive two way communication between Product Planner or Senior Management staff and Macro , Regional Tourism Organization and New Zealand operators.
4. An opportunity for both new and experienced tourism operators to develop new relationship with product planners or senior management of key Asian travel companies
5. Networking functions with key Asian Travel companies and opportunity to meet up with Country Manager and update on product development trends in market.

Following this prospectus information, you will find the registration application details. Please take note of critical dates as the success of NZ parts is dependent on all attendees meeting these dates. Due to logistical limitations final acceptance limitations final acceptance is limited to 45-48 companies. Final participation is at TNZ’s discretion and is subject to the guidelines outlines in the Critical Dates and Guidelines section of this prospectus. Your online application is due no later than 30 June 2008. Successful applicants will be advised by email no later than 7 July 2008.
