Flight Booking Procedures

Tourism New Zealand is currently negotiating to obtain AD fares with the sponsor airline, Air New Zealand, for Delegates attending Kiwi Link Japan 2008. This is subject to airline approval and more information will be provided after registration is completed. Tourism New Zealand will keep confirmed participants updated and advise airline contact details and booking procedures for your flight from New Zealand to Japan.

Accommodation

Accommodation is included in your participation fee and breakfast is included. Accommodation outside of the period from Check in 25^th August to Check out 29^th August is the responsibility of delegates. Should you require additional accommodation, please email Ayako Takei ayakot@tnz.govt.nz or make a note of this in your registration. You will need to provide credit card details on your registration form as a guarantee for additional items purchased during your stay. Tourism New Zealand takes no responsibility for any additional costs including telephone calls and or internet, mini-bar consumption, dry cleaning, meals, gym fees etc. You will be asked to show your passport at check-in. Please have it handy.
