Guidelines

Final attendance is limited to 20 New Zealand companies. Kiwi Link Japan 2008 is most suitable for companies that:

• Have participated in TRENZ
• Macro/Regional groupings
• Are fully licensed or accredited e.g. Qualmark, ISO or an appropriate recognized industry standard
• Have products suitable for the Japan market
• Want to establish or further develop relationships with the Japan travel industry

Registration is on a first come, first served basis.

In the event that Kiwi Link Japan 2008 is over-subscribed, final attendance will be at the discretion of Tourism New Zealand. Alternative programs will be discussed with individual suppliers unable to be accommodated at the event. Tourism New Zealand will contact all eligible applicants, with contact information of all companies interested in attending. Companies will have the opportunity to attend the event in partnership with another company.

In order to assure the quality and efficiency of the event, Tourism New Zealand has the right to change the format if deemed necessary. By completing the attached "Application to Participate" your company agrees to Tourism New Zealand’s selection criteria, invoicing fee and all deadlines in this prospectus.
