Monday 25th August

Arrive Kansai Osaka International Airport.

Briefing in the coach between Kansai Osaka International Airport and Accommodation or at the dinner.

** all Delegates are required to attend the Delegate Briefing on Monday evening 25th August. For those of who can not attend the briefing, there’s details in this prospectus. Please read this carefully, and if you have any questions, please feel free to contact to Ayako Takei ayakot@tnz.govt.nz Arriving prior to 25th of August is optional however extra expenses such as airport transfers and additional accommodation costs, etc must be covered by the attending Delegate.

08:30am - 09:30am: Booth set up for New Zealand companies - The Grand Ballroom - Ritz Carlton Osaka

10:00am - 13:00pm: Appointments with key partner travel agents

14:00pm - 18:00pm: Open house for Japan travel industry (No appointments necessary)

18:30pm - 19:30pm: Osaka Industry function


Wednesday 27th August

Transferred to Tokyo by JR Shinkansen (Bullet train)

Accommodation:

Friday 29th August

Delegates depart Narita Tokyo International Airport

Make your own way from the hotel to the airport.

** Staying on in Japan from 29th August is optional. Airport transfers and additional accommodation costs must be covered by the attending Delegate.
