Brochure Shipment

Tourism New Zealand has arranged with A.G.Sturm Trading, Customs and International Freight Brokerage, to bulk sea freight your brochures to Tokyo. This consolidation is a more cost effective way for you to get materials to the market. It also alleviates any delays in Customs as AG Sturm is used to international customs requirements. Costs will be charged back to New Zealand companies using the service. If you wish to make use of this opportunity please contact:

Andy Sturm
A.G Sturm Trading,
Phone : +64 (4) 386 1520
Fax : +64 (4) 386 1560
E-mail : andy.sturm@xtra.co.nz

Goods must arrive by 09 May 2008 at A.G Sturm Trading for bulk sea freight.

Please allow for time at sea and clearing of Customs on arrival to Japan. Andy will consolidate all New Zealand Industry brochures to make the best use of sea freight / bulk shipping opportunities.

Kiwi Link Japan 2008 confirmed participants will be supplied with labels( "For TOKYO" and "For OSAKA") that are required to be attached to each box sent to Japan, irrespective should you use A G Sturm Trading or not. These will be sent out to Delegates closer to the date and once your shipping method has been confirmed.

Goods MUST be marked "Promotional brochures only, free distribution - not for resale"

If you choose not to use Andy Sturm Trading then we suggest that you use a courier company that can track your shipments and can handle any delays that may occur at Japanese customs. Please bring all tracking forms with you. Tourism New Zealand is not responsible for brochures held in customs.

If you wish to ship your brochures independently to Kiwi Link Japan 2008, please ensure that they arrive by 04 July 2008 at the latest. (Allow a potential wait of 2-3 weeks at Japanese customs). You have the choice of shipping your brochures directly to the hotel. Please check your hotel details in the accommodation section.

N.B. You must mark your cartons with the labels supplied to you by Tourism New Zealand on confirmation of your attendance at Kiwi Link Japan 2008
