Participation Fee

Suppliers

Single Delegate: $4,000 NZD
Additional Supplier Delegate: $2,000 NZD

Participation fee includes:

Participation fee does not include:

• Flights
• Accommodation
• Travel expenses
• Collateral Shipping
• Audio Visual Equipment

The first IMA delegate fee will be waived. The cost for an additional IMA delegate is $2,000 NZD

Audio Visual Presentation Equipment

The following equipment is available for hire by IMA/National Operator groups (if required) for the frontline seller training sessions:

• Projector: $560 NZD per day
• PA System: $400 NZD per day
• 6 x 4 Foot Screen: free of charge

This package, combined with a personal laptop, will allow groups to utilise PowerPoint, images & video.

Invoices

Upon confirmation of attendance, invoices will be mailed and payment will be required within 28 days to Tourism New Zealand in Wellington.

Cancellation Policy

Refund requests must be made in writing to Monica Armesto, Tourism New Zealand, Wellington by email: monicaa@tnz.govt.nz. Cancellations before 16 May 2008 will be refunded in full. Cancellations received on or after 16 May will be non-refundable.

International Flights

Due to timing it has been difficult to secure industry fares for this event. We advise that all delegates should look into the best possible fare as soon as possible. August dates have been chosen for this event as it is good timing for the UK industry, both for frontliner training and Product Manager meetings prior to the completion and production of the new season brochures.

Accommodation

Tourism New Zealand has negotiated a group rate at the Novotel London West:

Single occupancy:
Weekend rate (applies Sat/Sun nights): £129 per room, per night
Weekday rate (applies Mon - Fri nights): £139 per room, per night

Double occupancy:
Weekend rate (applies Sat/Sun nights): £149 per room, per night
Weekday rate (applies Mon - Fri nights): £159 per room, per night

• Details on how to reserve rooms directly with the Novotel London West will be supplied in the event guide.

Travel and Medical Insurance

Tourism New Zealand does not arrange for travel or medical insurance on behalf of New Zealand delegates. Tourism New Zealand does not provide for any indemnity for loss or injury suffered by participants while in the UK. You are responsible for arranging your own insurance, including public and products liability, property (owned or on loan including transit) and workers compensation. We recommend that you purchase a comprehensive medical and travel insurance policy prior to departure.
