What you will be doing
Newzealand.com is the primary call to action for our global digital marketing campaign. It’s a Webby-winning global website and is our biggest touch point with potential and actual visitors to New Zealand. The site receives more than 50 million visits per year and plays a critical role amongst our digital channels in building preference for New Zealand and connecting consumers with travel sellers.
Our Digital Team is on the cutting edge of digital marketing and technology, making a real impact every day. They manage world-class digital marketing content, supporting global campaigns and provide quality destination content for 100% Pure New Zealand through globally-renowned and recognised digital experiences.
This role reports to our Digital Campaign and Content Manager and supports the development and implementation of a content strategy for Tourism New Zealand’s digital channels, primarily www.newzealand.com/travel. You will collaborate with offshore marketing teams, our brand team and other teams to manage content across organic and campaign landing pages that will persuade potential visitors to come to New Zealand and be the advocate for best practice content across our digital channels. You will also use consumer insights and performance data to plan and prioritise content initiatives.
What we need from you
In making this happen, you will need experience in content and campaign landing page production for digital channels and know how to match content to users’ needs and their behaviour to create a positive digital experience. You will be experienced in digital content management practices, branded content production, maximising results from content, and concepts such as information architecture and display highly-articulate written communications. As an effective communicator, you will build relationships with ease as you collaborate with a wide variety of stakeholders to deliver results.
