Our CX, Technology & Data Team is on the cutting edge of digital marketing, making a real impact every day both to TNZ’s Marketing Team and the organisation as a whole. They create and manage world class digital content, supporting global campaigns and providing quality destination content for 100% Pure New Zealand through globally renowned and recognised digital experiences.
What will you be doing?
This is a newly created role reporting to the Digital Analytics Manager where you will be required to maximise the value of website and content partnerships through the delivery of actionable insights on the performance of our marketing campaigns. You will play a critical role in conducting analysis, drawing insights, sharing actionable conclusions and providing advice on analytical best practice to TNZ global organisation. You will help champion digital analytics and a culture of data driven performance optimisation across the business.
What you will need
We need someone with advanced digital analytics and website conversation rate optimisation experience where you have measured and analysed performance of digital touchpoints. You will need to be highly skilled in web analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics, A/B Testing as well as forecasting and scenario modelling. Experience with dashboarding platforms, digital surveying, UX analytics, digital marketing, and web and media tagging implementation will also be essential.
The role requires strong people and stakeholder management skills as you will manage relationships across the CX, Tech and Data team. The ability to articulate complex analytical data and findings is also critical.
