Qualmark is New Zealand tourism's official quality assurance agency, delivering star ratings for accommodation providers and quality endorsements for tourism activity, service and transport providers.
We work with 1,800 of the best tourism businesses in New Zealand and we are looking for an account management star that can grow this number focussing on the Accommodation side of the business, as well as deliver fantastic service and outstanding value.
Reporting to the General Manager Qualmark, you will be responsible for the management of a large number of accounts charged with establishing and delivering new opportunities to your portfolio.
You’ll be working with a small but passionate team that really is making a difference. There are lots of opportunities for face to face interaction with your customers, and the role allows you the scope to plan your own path to success with plenty of support.
Your attitude and personality will be crucial, as will the ability to spot opportunities, and ensuring that your customer centric solutions can deliver the strong value our customers expect.
