What will you be doing
The role of our Trade Marketing Executive is to support the implementation of our trade business development and marketing communications strategy for the Brazil and Argentina market by building and executing trade marketing campaigns both online and offline, and by developing partnerships, training, hosting events and trade shows and product development initiatives to ensure that the travel industry understands the motivations and product requirements of New Zealand’s potential visitors. It’s your role to ensure that travel trade partners maximise their returns and at the same time benefiting the New Zealand brand.
What you will need
A relevant tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, or Tourism, with marketing communications and digital marketing experience with good knowledge across the digital media mix.
Exceptional relationship and communications skills are required for working with wide range of stakeholders, briefing agencies and publishers, together with the project management skills to deliver on time and to brief, and then the capacity to evaluate results.
This role requires frequent travel to Argentina and someone who can speak fluent Spanish, Portuguese and English. Knowledge of New Zealand as a destination and product is preferred.
