Travel Market Report, a popular website targeting the US travel industry, spoke to several agents who participated in the famils and has published an article on their experiences.
Feedback from the agents was extremely positive saying the experience has helped shape their understanding of the destination and how best to sell it to their clients.
The agents were hosted on a seven day trip on either North or South Island itineraries where they experienced a wide range of tourism activities and products helping to develop their knowledge and expertise of the region.
