What do we know about our consumers and their use of digital media?

On Wednesday 20 November TNZ's Websites Manager David Brem provided insight into international visitors' online needs and behaviour.

This included highlights from our program of consumer research, user testing and analytics in 2013 across newzealand.com and TNZ's social media channels. The presentation also looked at the rise of mobile usage, how this has affected TNZ and what these changes may mean for New Zealand operators.
